I did not yet read the book, so I don*t have any questions.
I did not read the book, but I am interesting for the things described in this book, so I do not have any questions, but I will take a class every monday. In what time is the class?
This is a wonderfully written book. It gives you the tools (like many spiritual self-help books) but the way THIS book is different is:
1) Tells you simply and clearly how we are made up.
2) Gives you the tools to improve your feelings about SELF, Others, Situations, Challenges, Set backs.
3) Explains reasons why these tools are necessary AND HOW TO USE THEM to forge your path to enlightenment in a non-judgmental and easily comprehendable and comprehensive way.
4) Tells you how to deal with conflicts in your life by clear, concise everyday examples.
5) Explains that the only change needed to change how you deal with others/relationships/hardships/ego etc. is all within yourself…AND IT IS.
Not only should this be required reading but it should replace or accompany every Bible in hotels around the world! I’m serious about that!
