I discovered Zencast about 18 months ago and it has been one of the most important discoveries in my life. You are helping me to open the door to find the tools I have to live this life. This is so empowering, humbling and terrifying all at the same time! Thank You.

Hello,
Me too! It has been about 9 months since I discovered Zencast and it has had a big impact on my life. I have finally been able to establish a regular meditation practice.
