Being able to accept things as they are, and let them be has been a resounding message I hear from all monks/nuns/buddhists. It’s nice to see this billboard/picture, allowing people to come to terms with their fears. And on a daily basis. It’s nice to see a lot of people examining, then accepting their fears on a daily basis. I wonder if that area is a peaceful area?
